About The Role
Are you passionate about football and looking for an exciting opportunity to gain coaching experience? At Nxt Level Coaching, we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Youth Football Coaches. Whether you’re just starting your coaching journey or have experience under your belt, we’d love to have you on board!

As a Youth Football Coach, you’ll be involved in a variety of coaching sessions aimed at developing young players. The role consists of the following parts:

  1. Saturday U5 Coach (8:45 am – 10:15 am) – Lead fun, engaging football sessions for young players every Saturday morning.

  2. Half-Term Football Camp Coach (8:45 am – 3:15 pm during school holidays) – Help run our football camps during half-term breaks.

  3. 1-2-1 Football Coaching (Developing Role – Opportunities to expand as demand and experience grow) – One-on-one coaching for players seeking additional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver engaging football coaching sessions for children on Saturday mornings and during half-term camps.

  • Plan, organize, and adapt sessions to meet a range of ages and skill levels.

  • Create a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for all participants.

  • Work closely with other coaches and staff to foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere.

  • Communicate with parents, guardians, and program managers about player progress and program updates.
     

Requirements:

  • Willingness to gain FA Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Football 

  • Experience delivering football and/or sports sessions for children.

  • Full UK driving license and/or access to a vehicle (due to the demands of the role).

  • Willingness to grow with the role as our programs expand.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills for effective session management.

  • Excellent timekeeping and management skills to ensure sessions run smoothly.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues. Confidence in providing face-to-face customer service is essential.
