Frequently Asked Questions

We would strongly recommend your child brings a light healthy snack to wraparound care they will have this when they arrive, children should also come with there school bags and water bottle.

Yes – when booking, you will have two options: Casual Booking: Book individual sessions on specific dates that suit you. Recurring Booking: Book a regular slot each week (for example, every Wednesday) so your place is secured for the full term.

Yes – when you log into your account, you’ll have the option to edit your bookings and move sessions to another date. Please note that sessions cannot be cancelled, but we’re always happy to help if you have any questions.

Late collection fees may apply if your child is collected after the finish time. (£1 per minute) These help cover staff staying beyond their working hours. We do ask you call us as soon as you possibly can if you know you will be late.
